2. What personal data is processed and where does this data come from?
We process the personal data that we receive from you in the course of the business relationship. These include

Basically, we use personal data as part of our work in IT or IT consulting and needs assessment, conception, procurement, installation, maintenance, etc., as part of service activities, maintenance, etc. and to communicate with you.

4. Am I required to provide my personal information?
As part of the business relationship, you must provide the personal information necessary to enter into and conduct the business relationship that we are required to collect by law.
If you do not want this, we may not be able to provide or offer certain products or services.
If we are only able to process your data on the basis of your consent, you are not obliged to give this consent and to provide the data.

5. Is there a decision based on automated processing - eg profiling?
We do not use automated decision-making under Article 22 GDPR.

6. To whom are my personal data shared?
Within our company, those jobs or employees receive your data, which they need to fulfill the contractual, statutory and regulatory obligations as well as legitimate interests.
